Your first parent coaching session is my gift to you, meaning there is no charge and no pressure. This session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk openly about your children, your family, and the challenges you are facing. Together, we will identify your most important needs as a parent and begin looking at practical ways to strengthen connection, improve communication, and reduce conflict at home. We will also set clear goals that can guide our work together and give you a helpful direction moving forward. My hope is that you leave this first session feeling heard, encouraged, and more confident about the next steps. Parenting is hard, but you do not have to figure it out alone.
