Teacher Workshops

We offer practical, engaging teacher workshops built on more than 40 years of experience as an educator, counselor, coach, and school leader. Our trainings focus on real strategies teachers can use immediately to strengthen classroom relationships, reduce conflict, and support student success. Areas of expertise include student behavior and emotional regulation, conflict resolution, positive discipline practices, and working with at-risk youth. Our workshops are designed to be encouraging, realistic, and grounded in what actually works in schools. Teachers leave with renewed confidence, useful tools, and a reminder of the powerful difference they make every day.
